Fee Policy

Transparent Fee Policy

We maintain complete transparency in our fee structure. Read our detailed fee deposit guidelines and refund policy below.

Fee Deposit Rules

Fee must be deposited as per the schedule given at the time of admission.
Fee can be paid via cash, cheque, demand draft, online transfer, or through SBI Collect.
In case of payment by cheque, it should be in favour of "Rajan Educational Services".
Late fee payment will attract a penalty as per the following schedule:

Delay Period	Late Fee
1-15 days	₹500
16-30 days	₹1,000
31-60 days	₹2,000
Beyond 60 days	Name may be struck off from the rolls

Fee Refund Policy

If a student wishes to withdraw from the course, the following refund policy shall apply:

Withdrawal Period	Refund
Within 7 days of admission	Full refund minus ₹1,000 processing fee
8-15 days of admission	75% refund
16-30 days of admission	50% refund
31-60 days of admission	25% refund
After 60 days	No refund

Caution Money

Caution money is a refundable deposit collected at the time of admission.
It is refunded at the end of the course, provided the student has completed the full course duration.
Any damage to institute property or outstanding dues will be deducted from the caution money.
Application for caution money refund must be made within 30 days of course completion.
